New Customer Appointment
If you haven’t visited our studio before, this is the ideal starting point.
During your consultation we can discuss:

You do not need to place an order — this appointment simply allows us to discuss your project and answer any questions.
Artwork Drop-Off Appointment
If you already have artwork ready for scanning, please book a drop-off appointment.
This allows us to receive your artwork safely, review the details of your project, and confirm scanning requirements and turnaround times.
Same-Day Scanning Appointment
If you are travelling from further afield and would like your artwork scanned while you wait, you can request a same-day appointment.
These appointments must be arranged a few days in advance and depend on the number and size of artworks involved.

Our StudioDirect Process
Once your order is placed, our StudioDirect system connects you directly with our production team.
This collaborative approach ensures your project is produced exactly as intended. By working closely with our technicians during the proofing and production stages, we combine your creative vision with our technical expertise to achieve the best possible result.
StudioDirect provides greater transparency, clearer communication, and deeper insight into your project as it progresses through production.

9:00am – 12:00pm
1:00pm – 5:00pm
All visits are by appointment to ensure we can give each project our full attention.
