How to order.
We believe in a applying our personal care and attention to your printing. Every order is carefully processed by our studio and production staff.
High quality service
We operate a highly efficient but personable service. Our lead times are very good and it is also normally possible to accommodate any exhibition or publishing deadlines that you may have.
Orders are initially processed and handled efficiently via our online order forms. All our scanning and printing is then passed onto one of our expert fine art trained printing technicians who will then work in conjunction with your directly where necessary.

We welcome clients to our print shop in Wye so that we can discuss the job and artwork face to face. However, original artwork can also be sent to us by courier / Royal Mail Special delivery but should be well packed. Proofing can occur on-site or we can send you proofs for your approval when artwork has been scanned.
It is possible to arrange a same-day appointment if travelling from further afield whereby artwork can be dropped off in the morning and picked up the same day in the afternoon. Alternatively if you are able to drop off the artwork and leave it with us, turn-around is usually within a week, depending on the complexity of the job.
Sending digital files
If no artwork scanning is required and work is to be printed from a digitally supplied images, please send via our online order forms.
Please specify with your order the titles of the artworks, your selection of paper, the sizes of the prints (image + border and paper size) as well as the quantity required.
We archive each and every job for future repeatability. Once prints, cards and canvas prints have been setup, it’s very simple to re-order and our turn-around is very good.

We accept payment by bank transfer, debit / credit card, cash or cheque and offer trade accounts to our regular customers.

Packaging & fulfilment
We can arrange the efficient delivery of your orders by courier. Any order can be fulfilled directly to your customer/s or a third party recipient if required. No cost details will be included in the package.
All orders are despatched by courier anywhere in the U.K. by DPD local.
Your prints / cards will arrive in pristine condition as they will be well wrapped and protected in transit.
Our courier offers a ‘Predict’ tracking system with a one hour delivery window that is notified the morning of the delivery. You can also arrange delivery to a neighbour - to a pickup shop or for alternative date for your convenience.
Each order is individually quality checked before despatch. Giclée prints are wrapped particularly securely for transit. All materials in contact with the prints are acid-free and the prints at all times are handled by using cotton gloves.
The majority of multiple print orders are sent flat at up to A1. For some individual prints and larger sizes we send them rolled in a strong tube.
Greetings cards and canvas prints are sent in triple wall boxes for secure protection and superior presentation.
Alternatively you can collect your order from our studios in Wye.
